Returns & Refunds Policy
At Good Luck Tradings, we are committed to providing you with quality products. However, if you need to cancel or return an item, please read our policy carefully.
You have the unconditional right to cancel your order within 30 days without needing to provide any reason. The 30-day cancellation period begins on the date you, or a designated third party (excluding the carrier), physically take possession of the goods delivered.
To effectively exercise your right of cancellation, you must clearly inform us of your decision. This notification should be sent via a clear written statement (an unambiguous declaration) to our customer service email: [email protected].
For an item to qualify for a return and subsequent refund, it must strictly adhere to the following conditions:
Timely Purchase: The goods must have been purchased within the last 30 days.
Original Condition: The goods must be returned in the same, unused condition that you received them.
Packaging Integrity: The items must be returned within their original packaging (including any accessories, protective films, or labels). Items missing original packaging may be subject to refusal or a restocking fee.
Proof of Purchase: While not always required for cancellation, having the receipt or proof of purchase is highly recommended to expedite the process.
For reasons of safety, hygiene, and product integrity, the following categories of goods cannot be returned under this policy:
Customization: Goods that were manufactured according to your specific requirements or were clearly personalized for you.
Perishables: Products that deteriorate rapidly or have passed their date of expiry.
Health and Hygiene: Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene (e.g., certain cosmetics, medical supplies, or intimate apparel).
Mixed Goods: Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
Good Luck Tradings reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that fails to meet the specified return conditions at our sole discretion.

The Returns Procedure and Customer Responsibility
Returning the Goods:
You are solely responsible for the cost and risk associated with returning the goods to us. You must send the goods back to the address we provide you after you notify us of your cancellation. The item should be shipped without undue delay, and in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation decision to us.
Shipment Security:
We cannot be held responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during the return shipment process. To protect your refund eligibility, we strongly recommend using a fully insured, trackable mail or courier service that provides proof of delivery. We are legally unable to issue a refund without either the actual physical receipt of the returned goods or documented proof of the return delivery being received by our facility.
Processing Your Refund
Once the returned item is received and inspected to confirm it meets the return conditions, we will initiate the reimbursement process.
Reimbursement Timeline: We will process your reimbursement no later than 30 days from the day we receive the qualifying returned goods.
Payment Method: We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
No Fees: You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement itself.
Special Consideration for Gifts
Gift Credit: If the goods were clearly marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, the recipient, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of the return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the returned product has been received and processed.
Refund to Purchaser: If the goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the monetary refund will be sent directly to the original purchaser (the gift giver).
